The following are corrections to the cookbook:

I noticed in my Mom's recipe "grandma's easy overnight chicken soup"
I forgot to list salt as an ingredient, so if you make it please add salt!
Chicken soup without salt is just not chicken soup! AnnMarie in Florida :)

Page 211 "Red Beans and Rice"
Calls for cranberry BEANS - not cranberries. I mean, I guess you could try it with cranberries
and let me know . . . But we Rutherford's are going to stick with the beans. :) grin.

Page 242 "GF (gluten free) Tabbouleh"
It has in the recipe 9T of POLICE oil. That should be OLIVE oil.
The police might enjoy the tabblouleh but they are not an oil. :)

Page 242 "Gluten Free Houmous"
The recipe for Gluten Free Houmous on page 242 should read, " serve with Gluten Free Pita or rice cakes/crackers." Whole Wheat pita is for those that may have gluten in their diets. Please forgive me for the gluten slip. :)

Page 262 "Korean Marinated Beef (Bulgolgi)"
Missing ingredient: garlic! Add 3-10 cloves of minced garlic (it can be minced in the blender with the onions). p.262 Korean Marinated Beef (Bulgolgi) - Missing ingredient: garlic! Add 3-10 cloves of minced garlic (it can be minced in the blender with the onions).

Page 272 "Taco Filling"
Please add 4 t. Cumin - or it just will not taste right!

Page 394 "My Mom's Favorite Molasses Crinkles"
Change "5 cups of flour" to "4 1/2 cups of All Purpose Flour"

Page 498 Sausage Seasoning
The very last ingredient is ginger. This *should* read "4 tsp", not "1/4 tsp". I use a meatball recipe with eggs, oatmeal, and evap. milk, and just replace the usual seasonings with sausage seasoning.

Page 518 "Garlic Potato Soup (cold cure)"
Add: " Start with 1 quart of chicken stock"
