As a clarification, when a family is submitting a paper application under the affiliate program, they should write "Affiliate [Your seven-digit affiliate number]" in the space marked "other" under Question 2, Section B.
If the family is also part of your discount group, they should continue to fill out the group information below the payment section on the back of the application.
A few additional reminders:
Memberships on the payment plan are not eligible for the affiliate program.
Families who have been members within the last six months are also not eligible.
